All aboard as we make our travels north to Meredith, NH. Our first stop is at Mame's Restaurant. Here we will enjoy a delicious luncheon. After lunch we will catch the train, the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad. Journey seven miles along the banks of Lake Winnipesaukee on the original tracks that have been in use for over 100 years. This is a beautiful ride during any season, but offers the most diverse and scenic fall foliage around. We will finish the day with a stop at a New Hampshire State Liquor Store enroute home. Returns approximately 8:30pm. (There are Warwick, Providence, Pawtucket, Cumberland and Woonsocket departures on all dates. In addition, there are New Bedford, Fall River, Swansea and East Providence departures only on the following date: September 26.)
